Products ordered on Mediblink web site are on their way in the shortest possible time. We pay special attention to our logistics center in Trebnje, as speed and convenience of delivery are of key importance to us. The shipment will be dispatched within 24 hours of receiving the order.
Please check the cost of sending the package to your address (in your country) when placing your order.
We will keep you informed via e-mail about possible longer delivery times. If the longer delivery time does not suit you, you can let us know and we will remove the item from the order or replace it with another one.

If, upon receiving the shipment, you noticed that the item or shipment is physically damaged, its contents are missing, or it shows signs of being opened, you can file a claim for compensation. You do this by returning the shipment (packaging and contents) to the post office as soon as you notice the damage or looted shipment, or at the latest within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Please note at the post office that it is necessary to fill out the Record of Damaged Shipment, which you must also sign. After receiving all the necessary documentation, a claim for compensation is submitted to the post office. The request is then processed by a commission at the post office, and based on the answer or approval, the purchase price is returned or a new item is ordered. Together with the post office, we will make sure that the compensation is resolved as soon as possible.
